Proud and thankful to be featured in New York Real Estate Journal's 2021 Ones To Watch!
What recent project, transaction or accomplishment are you most proud of? I’m most proud of the transaction where I represented Atheneum Partners in their 13,000 s/f office lease at 240 West 37th St. We identified the perfect space for their rapid growth projections and negotiated a fantastic deal on their behalf, and were recognized for it on both sides. Not only was Atheneum Partners excited about the new space, but Sioni Group (ownership), approached us to represent them for a majority of their portfolio, consisting of over 500,000 s/f. Since then we’ve transacted on over ten leases and counting YTD.
How do you contribute to your community or your profession? I raise awareness and participate in an annual fundraising event for RCCS (Rofeh Cholim Cancer Society) which plays a critical role providing hope and relief for cancer patients, support for their families and the means to survive four years in a row so far!
What did you want to be when you grew up? I wanted to be a professional sports agent.
Top three things on your bucket list: 1. Skiing the top mountains in the world, 2. Playing hockey in a league with my child (need to have one first), 3. Buying my first multifamily investment property by myself.
